Catch-all Emails in Cloud Web Hosting
In case you’ve got a cloud web hosting with us and you wish to enable the catch-all functionality for a certain e-mailbox that you have in your hosting account, it will take literally only one click in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel to accomplish this. A catch-all button is available on the right-hand side of each email address that you have set up under any domain hosted in the account. You can choose one single address per domain name by clicking on the corresponding button. This will activate the feature immediately, so all email messages sent to mistyped email addresses will be re-sent there. Clicking on the button once again will turn off the catch-all feature. In case you have enabled email forwarding, our system will display a cautionary note and you won’t be able to enable the catch-all feature till you disable the forwarding or you can simply choose another mailbox to be the catch-all one.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
The catch-all functionality can be activated without any effort in case you have a semi-dedicated server account with us. All the email addresses that you have created with the domain names hosted in your account will be shown in the Hepsia Control Panel’s Email Manager section and you will see a small-size icon conveniently located right next to each of them. With only a single mouse click, you can activate or deactivate the catch-all option for any mailbox of your desire on the condition that there isn't another mailbox under the same domain with this option already activated and there isn't activated email forwarding. Alternatively, you can right-click on an email address and enable the feature using the context menu that will come into view. In case any of the conditions for setting up a catch-all mailbox is not met, our system will let you know, but will not deactivate or replace anything automatically.
